Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Workspace Diagnostic website and platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. Workspace Diagnostic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

Workspace Diagnostic provides a diagnostic-first cleaning assessment and service recommendation platform designed for facility managers and office administrators. The Service helps identify specific workspace hygiene problems through symptom assessment and connects users with targeted cleaning solutions. The platform operates as an information and advisory tool; it does not directly provide cleaning services but facilitates the diagnosis of cleaning needs and the matching of those needs to service recommendations.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behaviour includes:

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Workspace Diagnostic website and platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, diagnostic tools, assessment templates, and software, is the property of Workspace Diagnostic or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission from Workspace Diagnostic, except as expressly permitted by these terms.

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or display content on the Service—including diagnostic assessments, feedback, or comments—you grant Workspace Diagnostic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and marketing the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that your submission does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Workspace Diagnostic makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the diagnostic assessments, recommendations, or any other content provided through the Service. The diagnostic tools and symptom checklists are advisory in nature and do not constitute professional cleaning or facility management advice. Results and recommendations depend on the accuracy of information you provide and the specific conditions of your workspace.

Workspace Diagnostic does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workspace Diagnostic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Workspace Diagnostic has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the total liability of Workspace Diagnostic to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to Workspace Diagnostic in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty euros, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you in full.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services that are not operated by Workspace Diagnostic. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Workspace Diagnostic does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services, and your interaction with third parties is entirely at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Workspace Diagnostic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Milan, Lombardy, Italy, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11. Termination

Workspace Diagnostic may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law—shall continue in effect.

12. Modifications to the Service

Workspace Diagnostic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Workspace Diagnostic regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
